Booking requests
When you book, the website builds a message with the service, day and time you picked, plus your name, mobile number and any notes. That message is only sent when you press send in WhatsApp or your text-message app. This website has no server or database, and does not store or receive your booking itself.
We use the details in your message only to confirm, change or remind you about your appointment. We keep the message in our phone's chat history for as long as it's useful for running the shop. Ask us any time and we'll delete it.
Product reservations
Reserving HairCare products works the same way: a WhatsApp message you choose to send, used only to set your order aside.
Stored on your device
To save you typing next time, your browser remembers the name and mobile number you entered, on your device only (using "local storage"). Nothing is sent to us until you send a message. You can clear it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
Cookies and third parties
- This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies.
- The map only loads from Google Maps if you press "Show the map". Google may then set its own cookies (see Google's privacy policy).
- Links to WhatsApp, Facebook and Google Maps take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Just contact us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
